This place suits me perfectly with its friendly staff and great amenities like the spa, fitness center, roof pool, and in-room breakfast. I remember how they helped me with sim cards during my first visit. I recommend enjoying the welcome drink! I'm coming back for xmas.

Staff were helpful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Don’t miss the breakfast, it had plenty of options!

We were quoted extra charges for an early check-in, which was frustrating. However, this was rectified after some back and forth with the front desk. Just be prepared for potential upselling during your stay.

The rooms were consistently cleaned, making our stay pleasant and comfortable.

wonderful location but inconsistent room quality

The prime location allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach! The room with a balcony truly enhanced my experience on the 7th floor, offering a stunning city view. The fresh breakfast options, particularly the vibrant fruits, made each morning enjoyable.

One night, we needed extra towels and the staff were super quick to help us, not just another guests. And the breakfast? They had an very nice variety of fresh fruit, but that açaí was the real showstopper, can't get enough of that stuff.

It wasn’t cheap but still manageable given the amenities.
